The 2019 FRWG Banquet will be held on the evening of Thursday, August 29th, 2019.

Oregon is known for its excellent local foods—from the land, the rivers and sea. We’re still finalizing the menu -- working with local chefs and caterers to provide a range of options. Fish will be central to our experience (such as salmon, sturgeon); we are working to provide some unusual ones that are not common market fish but are prominent in our local riverine archaeological sites - whitefish [Prosopium williamsoni] and sucker [Catostomus spp.].
We will also have samples of local Oregon wines and beer (Portland has 54 breweries in the city limits…).
The price for the dinner includes the meal and two alcoholic beverages (beer/wine).
